Intervention

Reaching a crisis point is scary for the friends and family of an addict. They see their loved ones life taking a turn for the worst and are searching for a way to help them realize that they need to get help before its to late. Intervention is a safe and therapeutic option to help guide your loved one onto the road to recovery. A carefully planned intervention process, run by a chemical dependency specialists, will allow friends and family of the addict to express their concerns and show how their addiction is hurting them and their loved ones.

Does Intervention Work?

Constant begging and ultimatums typically do not help an addict to realize they have a problem. Intervention specialists will help guide you and your family/friends in a productive, therapeutic and encouraging way to help get your loved on to start treatment.  Intervention has proven successful in getting thousands of individuals into the treatment programs they need to get sober, starting them off on the road to recovery.

It is important to remember that for treatment to work the addict must be ready and willing to receive treatment. This is why the intervention process is so important, it allows friends and family to express their concerns and what the effects are on them as well as providing educational information on addiction and the treatment offered to the addict. The intervention process will help get an addict ready and will to receive treatment.

Getting my life back in order was probably the most important thing in the world to me at that point. I was down and feeling hopeless. Thank god there are people who care.

Alex from Florida

I guess when you have a problem you don’t want to admit it. After pretty much destroying everything around me and getting to the point where I was homeless – enough was enough. Thanks to the support and the community that lifted me up I am not over 2 years sober.
